Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my local high scores?

iOS: delete and reinstall the app. Android: Settings → Apps → Angry Math → Storage → Clear Data. This resets local progress on that device, but previously submitted live leaderboard entries may still remain on the ranking service.

How do the live leaderboards work?

Angry Math keeps a separate global leaderboard for Easy, Normal, Hard, Super Hard, and Mix. When you set a new personal best, the app submits that score to the live ranking service automatically.

Why can't I see my new score on the leaderboard yet?

Only new personal bests are submitted. Leaderboard data can also be cached briefly after a refresh, so wait a moment and check again if you just set a record.

How do I change my leaderboard name?

Open the leaderboard or ranking screen in the app and rename yourself there. Your display name is separate from any platform account and is only used to show your rank publicly.

How does local 2-player work?

Local 2-player runs on a single device. One player uses the bottom half of the screen and the other plays from the opposite side on the top half.

Does Angry Math need internet access?

Solo play and same-device local multiplayer do not. Internet is only needed for live leaderboard submission and refreshes.
